Sefton Council have commissioned an expensive animated video to promote the region. It is basically telling residents what they already know.
The male in the video looks like ex Champion news reporter Ollie Cowan who now works for Sefton Council
A total waste of tax payers money that could have been spent on better things.

"Expensive"? I doubt it. Anyone can knock up a brief video using free software.

You can find online animated video creation services now for about a tenner a month. Do you have any evidence it was "expensive"?
I remember when this website was a valuable local news resource and not just somewhere for Roving to have a sad little pop at people better at their job than he is ;)

Perhaps our Lib Dem councillors could have earned their money for a change and done one of their awful orange videos that appeared around election time, however maybe they are expensive too if they were funded through money “earned” by John Pugh renting an office at a expensive cost off the Lib Dem’s (Gladstone Liberal Club) using allowances when MP and money then being donated back into the local party:

I’m guessing the video cost less than how much the Lib Dem’s cost in trying to block Sainsbury’s at Kew though although no evidence on why this video was “expensive”

Hello guys. I have the only problem when I am creating a video - I don't have an idea how to promote it. I know that I can upload it for youtube and then buy likes or views here. Sooner or later, it will give me fruits but now but I am far from this moment and I am going to continue working hard on it.
